Masterpak does not share your name or purchase information with anyone. We have never rented or exchanged our Mail List. If we ever do, you would be given an option to "opt out" ahead of time.
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in first class condition and properly packed for shipment. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-5522. Make note of the damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills. You will need to save all packing materials (box, tape, fillers, etc.) for carrier inspection.
Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, in the case of TitanStrongBox™, we do not accept returns for size and fit problems. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive a refund on the merchandise value. When returning merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as, a 15% restocking fee. Please call us at 1-800-922-5522 to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
