Use Visa, Mastercard and American Express on all orders. We also accept checks or money orders made out to MASTERPAK® for U.S. orders only. Established U.S. Nonprofit Institutions, Public and Government Organizations may establish accounts with payment terms of net 30 days. International orders must be paid by credit card or wire transfer in U.S. funds. We do not accept COD orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Customer Service at 800-922-5522, within 10 days of receipt, to discuss the problem. Our objective is your complete satisfaction.

PRIVACY GUARANTEE

Masterpak does not share your name or purchase information with anyone. We have never rented or exchanged our Mail list. If we ever do, you would be given an option to "opt out" ahead of time.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in first class condition and properly packed for shipment. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-5522. Make note of the damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills. You will need to save all packing materials (box, tape, fillers, etc.) for carrier inspection.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, in the case of TitanStrongBoxes™, we do not accept returns for size and fit problems. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive a refund on the merchandise value. When returning merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as, a 15% restocking fee. Please call us at 1-800-922-5522 to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

ORDERING MERCHANDISE WHERE SIZE AND FIT ARE IMPORTANT

Be sure to measure your artwork carefully, and in the case of Titan™ Strongboxes refer to the Maximum Frame Sizes we recommend when selecting item numbers.

We do not accept returns requested because of size and fit problems.

STATE/LOCAL SALES TAX

If you are located in New York, New Jersey, California or Tennessee, you may qualify for exemption from State and Local Sales Tax under one of the following circumstances, and provide us with the Certificate indicated:

  1. If you are purchasing any of our products for resale, refer to the above state tax authorities for the appropriate form. (ST 120 Resale Certificate). Please create an account on our site and email completed form to service@masterpak-usa.com. Note that you need to check off Blanket Certificate.
  2. If the materials you are purchasing from us "are to be used to package property for sale, if the materials are actually transferred to the customer" refer to the above state tax authorities for the appropriate form. (ST 121 Exempt Use Certificate). Please create an account on our site and email completed form to service@masterpak-usa.com.

The certificates must be submitted prior to your first order and cannot be applied to past orders. We will confirm your account's tax exempt status within 3 hours of receipt or by the next business day. You will need to create an account and once you've received confirmation, make your tax free purchase. Certificates will be kept on file.
