Payment Info

Use Visa, Mastercard and American Express on all orders. We also accept checks or money orders made out to MASTERPAK® for U.S. orders only. Established U.S. Nonprofit Institutions, Public and Government Organizations may establish accounts with payment terms of net 30 days. International orders must be paid by credit card or wire transfer in U.S. funds. We do not accept COD orders.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Customer Service at 800-922-5522, within 10 days of receipt, to discuss the problem. Our objective is your complete satisfaction.


Masterpak does not share your name or purchase information with anyone. We have never rented or exchanged our Mail list. If we ever do, you would be given an option to "opt out" ahead of time.


All merchandise leaves our warehouse in first class condition and properly packed for shipment. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-5522. Make note of the damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills. You will need to save all packing materials (box, tape, fillers, etc.) for carrier inspection.


Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, in the case of Titan™ Stronboxes, we do not accept returns for size and fit problems. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive a refund on the merchandise value. When returning merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as, a 15% restocking fee. Please call us at 1-800-922-5522 to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). No returns will be accepted after 30 days.


Be sure to measure your artwork carefully, and in the case of Titan™ Strongboxes refer to the Maximum Frame Sizes we recommend when selecting item numbers.

We do not accept returns requested because of size and fit problems.


If you are located in New York, you may qualify for exemption from New York Sales Tax under one of the following circumstances, and provide us with the Certificate indicated:

  1. If you are purchasing any of our products for resale (ST 120 Resale Certificate). You can download the application here, fax it to us and we will keep it on file. Note that you need to check off Blanket Certificate.
  2. If the materials you are purchasing from us "are to be used to package property for sale, if the materials are actually transferred to the customer". (ST 121 Exempt Use Certificate). You can download the application here, fax it to us and we will keep it on file.
  3. If you are a tax-exempt institution, which includes Not-for-Profit Institutions such as museums, Schools; City, State or Federal Government organizations; Military organizations, Native American organizations (ST 119.2 Exempt Organization Certificate). The certificates listed need to be submitted only once. We will keep them on file.
