Shipping Info

We are happy to provide you with several different shipping options and their respective costs. Most items can ship via FedEx Ground, an economical and reliable way to deliver our products to your commercial or residential address. We also offer FedEx Express Service (2 Day, 3 Day, and Overnight) for items in which delivery is time sensitive. If you'd prefer, we can charge your FedEx or UPS account directly for the cost of shipping. Just provide us with your account number when you are placing your order. Depending on the number and size of the items you are ordering, it may be more economical to ship to your address via truck (LTL). When placing an order, please let us know which option you'd prefer.

A WORD ABOUT DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
Shipping charges for UPS and FedEx are calculated based on dimensional weight. This is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. Dimensional weight is determined by multiplying the outside length, width and depth (inches) of your package. Divide this number by 166 (for shipments within the U.S.) or 139 (for shipments to Canada) to determine the weight at which your package will be charged.

For example, the 4235-4L Titan™Strongbox actually weighs 15 lbs, however shipping charges will be based on its dimensional weight of 48 lbs. Please refer to the Titan Strongbox page for the actual and dimensional weight of each Titan Strongbox.

For more information on dimensional weight, please refer to FedEx.com.
